These terms govern your membership and use of Aki. By using the service you agree to them.
Membership is by invitation and personal to you. We may decline or end a membership at our discretion, with any unused balance returned.
We will use reasonable efforts to fulfil lawful requests. Some depend on third parties and cannot be guaranteed. We will always tell you honestly what is possible.
Costs incurred on your behalf, plus any membership fee, are settled through a single monthly statement. Partner charges are passed through transparently.
Aki may only be used for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to decline any request that is unlawful or that places others at risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will let members know of material changes in advance.
