The details you share to be served well: contact information, travel and lifestyle preferences, and the requests you make. We collect only what helps your concierge act on your behalf.
To fulfil your requests, remember your preferences, and improve the service we provide you. We never sell your data, and we never use it to advertise to you.
When a request requires it, we share only the minimum a vetted partner needs to deliver, often without your name. Partners are bound by confidentiality.
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold at any time. Reach your concierge or write to privacy@aki.co and we will respond promptly.
